Terms of Use

The straightforward rules for using CreditGlow's educational tools, member experience, and subscription services.

By using CreditGlow, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful, personal purposes. These terms are not legal advice and may be updated as our service changes.

What CreditGlow provides

CreditGlow provides educational, self-service tools that can help you understand credit concepts, organize information, consider next steps, plan debt payoff, and prepare documentation for legitimate credit reporting concerns. The service is not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice, and it does not make decisions for lenders, credit bureaus, or furnishers.

No guaranteed outcomes

Results are not guaranteed. Your credit profile, score, financing options, debt payoff timing, and the outcome of any dispute can depend on many factors outside CreditGlow's control. We do not promise a specific score increase, approval, removal of accurate information, or any particular result.

Using dispute assistance honestly

Use CreditGlow's dispute-assistance tools only for information you reasonably believe is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or otherwise legitimately disputable. Do not submit a false, misleading, or unsupported dispute, and do not dispute information you know is accurate.

You may dispute inaccurate credit-report information directly with the relevant credit bureaus or furnishers at no cost. CreditGlow does not prevent you from doing so independently.

Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current. Do not use another person's information without permission, attempt to interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Memberships and billing

Starter, Pro, and Elite are paid memberships that renew monthly until canceled. Pricing, included features, and any checkout-specific terms are presented before purchase. You can cancel anytime by following the cancellation instructions available through your membership billing experience.

Cancellation stops future renewals. The timing of access after cancellation, and any billing assistance or refund request, is handled under the terms shown during checkout and applicable law. This policy does not create a promise of a refund.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms to reflect changes to CreditGlow or applicable requirements. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. For account or membership help, use the support contact available in your account or checkout confirmation.
