Our checkups, coaching, action plans, score-simulation explanations, debt tools, and document guidance are educational and self-service. Results are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee score improvement, lender approval, lower interest rates, deletion of accurate negative information, or a particular dispute outcome.
Legitimate disputes only
CreditGlow may help you organize a legitimate review or prepare documentation when you reasonably believe credit-report information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or otherwise genuinely disputable. We do not encourage false disputes or disputes of information you know is accurate.
Consumers may dispute inaccurate credit-report information themselves directly with credit bureaus or furnishers at no cost. Choosing CreditGlow does not limit that option.
Recurring memberships
CreditGlow offers Starter, Pro, and Elite memberships. Each paid membership renews monthly until canceled, with the price and included features presented at checkout before you subscribe. A membership is not a promise of a particular result or a substitute for your own review of your financial situation.
Cancellation and billing requests
You can cancel anytime by following the cancellation instructions in your membership billing experience. Cancellation stops future renewals; the applicable checkout terms describe any remaining access for the current paid period.
If you need help with a charge, cancellation, or a refund request, use the support contact available in your account or checkout confirmation. Requests are considered under the checkout terms and applicable law; CreditGlow does not promise refunds except where required or otherwise stated at checkout.
